Funding Your Agency’s Growth: Equity or Debt?
There is little argument that if you can double your agency’s premium book, the inherent renewal economics will more than double income.
A specialty lender with expertise in insurance agency lending and finance.
When you think of borrowing funds, you may think of traditional lenders like a bank or SBA lender. We’re different. As a specialty lender, we loan exclusively to insurance agencies and we provide personalized, responsive service. We are not a broker. We lend our funds directly to agency owners.
Our focus on insurance agencies means we understand small to mid-sized agency business models really well. We’ve gained that understanding by working with hundreds of insurance agencies, providing them with millions of dollars in capital funding. And we bring our industry insights and knowledge to every conversation about an agency’s business goals and funding needs.
Our personalized approach means that you work with a dedicated Lending Advisor from application through funding, and we keep and service your loan in-house for the life of your loan.
Our culture is built upon flexibility and responsiveness. As a result, we can customize your loan to your needs, we can consider loans that might not meet a traditional lender’s requirements, and our funding process is quick.
You may be wondering, “does ‘specialty’ mean ‘more expensive’?” We offer a wide range of rates. Yours is determined by the value of your agency, your business and credit profiles and other factors that we cover in our initial conversation with you.
You don’t have to wait until your growth plans are set to start talking to us about funding. Start a no-pressure conversation with us today to learn about the opportunities funding can create for you and your agency.

We had an opportunity to purchase another insurance agency in our area but we didn’t expect how hard it would be to find a knowledgeable lender who’s able to underwrite a transaction with any sense of urgency. AgileCap funded our loan with speed. Their customer service and understanding of the growing pains of merging two entities was exceptional.
